Many of our home caregivers hold additional certifications in dementia care, palliative care, and medical nursing, and we continue training throughout their time with us.

Most clients have a caregiver in the home within 24 to 48 hours of the free assessment. For urgent situations like a hospital discharge, a sudden change in a parent's health, or an emergency respite need, we have an expedited pathway and can often place a caregiver the same day.

Often yes. Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) covers home care for eligible veterans through the Veterans Independence Program, and many extended health plans, long-term care insurance policies, and ICBC claims cover in-home support.
